On this page
Better movement should be available to everyone, and so should this website. Tamir Kfir Ltd. is committed to making tamirkfir.com usable by people with disabilities and to offering every client a service that is accessible and respectful.
This statement explains the standard we work to, what we have done so far, where we know we still fall short, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
Our commitment and the standard we follow
We work to meet the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. For web content, these regulations adopt Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at conformance level AA. Our working target is the more recent WCAG 2.1 at level AA.
Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. The Site is reviewed whenever new pages and features are added, and this statement is updated accordingly.
What we have done on the Site
- Clear structure. Every page uses landmark regions for the header, navigation, main content and footer, and a logical heading order, so screen-reader users can move around quickly.
- Keyboard access. Menus, buttons and links can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and the main menu reports whether it is open or closed to assistive technology.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text, purely decorative visuals are hidden from screen readers, and icon-only controls such as the menu, email, WhatsApp and Instagram buttons have spoken labels.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to prefer reduced motion, the Site turns off its opening animation, parallax effects and animated headings and shows content immediately.
- Readable design. The palette pairs bone-coloured text with deep olive, or ink with bone, for comfortable contrast. Type sizes are generous, and layouts reflow for phones, tablets and browser zoom.
- Calm media. Background videos play silently and are decorative. No essential information is conveyed only through video, and nothing on the Site flashes.
- No barriers. There are no time limits, pop-ups, CAPTCHAs or forms to fill in. Getting in touch is a single tap on an email or WhatsApp link.
- Language. The page language is declared as English so that screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
Known limitations
We are honest about where the Site is still improving:
- Decorative animation. Some headings and transitions are built with animated typography, and the Solutions page includes an interactive visual explorer. These may be less convenient with certain screen readers or switch devices. Every solution is also available as a plain link on the Solutions page and in the main menu, and all text content is readable without the animations.
- Video. A small number of gallery videos include sound without captions. They illustrate the text beside them. If you need the information from any video in another form, contact us and we will provide it.
- Third-party services. WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by other companies under their own accessibility practices. If you cannot use them, email is always available.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us. Your feedback goes directly into our next round of improvements.
Browsers and assistive technology
The Site is built for the current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile devices. It is designed to work with the assistive technologies built into modern operating systems, including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack, screen magnification and reduced-motion settings. Older browsers may not display every element as intended.
Accessibility of our service
Consultations take place by appointment. If you, or the person you are booking for, have a mobility limitation, a sensory or cognitive disability, or need extra time, assistance or a particular arrangement, tell us when you book and we will plan the visit around you. We are glad to communicate by email, WhatsApp or phone, whichever suits you best, and to involve a family member or caregiver at your request.
Accessibility coordinator and contact
Questions, requests and feedback about accessibility are handled by our accessibility coordinator:
- Tamir Kfir Ltd.
- Email: info@tamirkfir.com (please write “Accessibility” in the subject line)
- WhatsApp: +1 917 773 3698
When you write, it helps to include the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within a few business days and to remove any genuine barrier as quickly as we can.

This statement is reviewed at least once a year and whenever the Site changes significantly. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent update.
